# Review a finding

> Listen to a possible difference and choose the next action.

A finding is a passage worth checking. Listen before deciding whether the narration needs a correction.

1. Select an item under **To review** in the chapter’s QA queue.
2. Compare **Expected (manuscript)** with **Heard (narration)**.
3. Read **Context in manuscript**. Use **Show more context** when you need a longer passage.
4. Choose **Play excerpt** and listen to the source audio. Replay or use the full player for more context.
5. Choose **No change needed** if the narration is acceptable, or **Create pickup** if you need to fix it.

## Decide from the audio

“Heard” is the transcription’s interpretation. It can spell a name differently or misunderstand a correctly spoken phrase. The recording is the evidence for your decision.

If the same accepted pair keeps appearing, you can [resolve exact matches or remember the pair for this book](/qa/no-change-needed).

## Keep working without losing context

Use **Copy timecode** to locate the passage in your recording software, or **Go to line in Studio** to read it in the manuscript workspace.

After a saved decision, the queue reflects the new status. A pickup remains active until you [mark it complete](/pickups/complete).
