Use Margent to check outstanding work and prepare your handoff. Your final audio files remain in your recording software or file storage.
  1. Review each chapter’s To review findings and open Pickups.
  2. Check that completed pickups have actually been recorded and edited into your final audio.
  3. If you want Margent to check that edited file, replace the chapter recording and review the new results.
  4. Open Delivery and gather the project documents and handoff information you need.
  5. Check final filenames, file contents, your client’s requirements, and sharing permissions.
  6. Send the files through your usual delivery service.

If you are contributing part of the book

For character, section, or pickup contribution roles, Delivery presents a handoff workflow. Prepare your recorded lines, notes, and pronunciation references for the lead producer or narrator, according to your assignment.

Before you send

A finished QA queue tracks review decisions and pickup work. It does not master the audio, verify every delivery specification, or send the chapter to the client. Listen to the final file and perform the checks required for your production. Related: Complete pickups · Recording replacement.
