The Heard text is a transcription. It may misinterpret a name, number, abbreviation, or phrase even when you read it correctly.
  1. Play the excerpt and listen to the actual recording.
  2. Compare it with the manuscript context, not only the short mismatch pair.
  3. If the audio is correct, choose No change needed.
  4. If the audio needs a correction, create a pickup.
  5. If the same correct pair keeps recurring, consider a book equivalence rule.

If many passages seem unrelated

Check that the selected manuscript chapter and uploaded audio belong together. Open the section and inspect the imported text for missing passages or extraction errors. Correct manuscript extraction errors against the original source, then proof the current manuscript again. Replace the audio if you uploaded the wrong chapter.

If the timecode seems wrong

Look for Approximate position and listen around the timestamp. If the pickup is From previous recording, its timecode belongs to that earlier file. Do not save a broad equivalence just to hide a mismatch you have not verified by listening.
