Recording not uploading or processing

First check whether the page shows upload progress or proofing progress. They are separate stages.

The upload did not finish

• Keep the page open during upload.
• Check your connection, file format, and the limits shown in the upload form.
• Select the same file and use Resume upload when offered. Uploaded parts are reused where available.
• If the audio file itself is unreadable, export a new copy from your recording software and try that file.

An incomplete replacement upload leaves the previous recording current.

The upload finished, but there are no findings yet

Look for Checking your recording and the processing stage. Once uploading is complete, proofing can continue in the background while the page is closed. If you see Proofing needs attention, read the error and use Retry proofing when available.

The queue seems to show the wrong work

Confirm the selected chapter, current filename, and active filter. Pickups shows confirmed work; To review shows undecided findings. Refresh the queue if another tab or a replacement upload changed the current source. Related: Upload requirements · Replacement behavior.
